Cook Island Pig
I came across this beautiful female pig in Aitutaki, the Cook Islands. She was in very much pain and suffering from disease and hunger. When I got closer I could see her back legs were broken and she was using her two front legs to drag herself around. There are no vets on the island and when an animal is sick, the natives will set an animal free to heal itself in the forest. Sometimes they do not heal, they just suffer and starve. I gave her what I had for food which was just some rice crackers. She seemed afraid of me at first and tried to crawl away but when I started giving her energy she seemed to know I was trying to help her. We look each other in the eyes which brought tears to my eyes and I knew we had an understanding. She let me get 10 feet close to her and I gave her a healing for about half an hour. I came back the next day loaded up with food for her but I did not find her. I know in my heart she dragged herself in the forest and passed away peacefully. That was her healing, passing over and not suffering any more. |
Linus saved
| I met this cutie Linus when I was hiking with my dog at a day camp. They have a variety of farm animals at this petting camp for kids in the summer but after the camp is over they are send back to the farm to face a not so pretty life. I started sending him energy and praying to the Universal for a way to save him. He was a very intelligent little guy always happy to see me and loved the baby carrots I would bring him. I found out that I could buy him from the owner but I did not know what I was going to do with him after that. I posted a few ads and sure enough help came. A lady that was involved with farm animals rescue helped me find him a nice home at a animal sanctuary and now he gets to live his whole life out. |
